What financial evidence is required for strong Tourist Visa application for Australia

Recently I have noted a huge demand for Australia tourist/visitor visa among age bracket of 20 to 40 years of age. I meet lots of people on a daily basis who come with refusal letters in their hand for any other available options for them. These refusals are mainly due to them not meeting Genuine Temporary Entrant requirement and majority falls under not having strong financial evidence to back up their file. So now the question arises, how can we better prepare our files for better chances of visa success.

Overall India falls under Assessment level 3 which means that they consider us from a high risk country for tourist visa purposes so what can be done?

Well the following things can be done for better preparation of your file:

  1. Attach ITRs for last 3 financial years with computation pages.
  2. Attach document of any land/ property ownership
  3. Bank statements for at least last 6 months
  4. If the applicant is salaried, attach Pay slips for last 3 months, employment contract, evidence of salary coming to the bank account, NOC.
  5. If the applicant is a businessman, attach business proof of registration, a copy of current account for last 3 months.
  6. In case of a agriculturist you can attach Income certificate from Tehsildar, Jamabandi Fard and form J for last 2-3 years.

The reason for attaching these documents is to convince the case office that you have solid reasons to come back to your home country.
