This visa allows invited applicants to live and work  in Australia on a permanent basis. • Travel to and from Australia for 5 years 
• Become Australian Citizen if eligible

Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa - Subclass 491

This provisional visa lets nominated applicants by a state or territory government agency, to live and work in regional Australia. It is a provisional visa that allows to apply for permanent residency in 3 years from the time of grant of visa. Similar to other skilled visas, applicants need to be aged under 45 years of age, have positive skills assessment, nomination and meet health and character assessment.

• Live and work in designated regional area for 5 years

• Travel to and from Australia for 5 years
